Subscription Terms

By subscribing to In Thy Light, you agree to the following subscription terms. These terms apply in addition to our general Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Access

A subscription is required to access all meditation content, series, and premium features.
Without an active subscription, only publicly available or preview content may be accessible.

2. Billing & Payment

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.

  • We do not process payments directly.
  • We do not store credit card information.
  • Your payment method on file with Apple or Google will be charged automatically.
3. Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current billing cycle unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before renewal.

4. Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time through:

iOS:

Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → In Thy Light

Android / Google Play:

Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → In Thy Light

We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

5. No Partial Refunds

Because billing is handled by Apple and Google:

  • We cannot offer partial refunds
  • Refunds may be available through Apple or Google at their discretion
  • Canceling a subscription does not refund the current billing period

Your access remains active until the billing cycle ends.

6. Trial Periods (If Offered)

If a free trial is available:

  • You will not be charged until the trial period ends
  • If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription will begin automatically
  • Any unused trial time is forfeited if you purchase a subscription early
7. Price Changes

If subscription prices change:

  • You will be notified by Apple or Google before renewal
  • Continuing your subscription after the notice indicates acceptance of the new price

Prices will never change mid-billing cycle.

8. Content Availability

Subscription grants access to:

  • Meditation series
  • Video content hosted through Vimeo
  • New content as it becomes available

We may add, update, or remove meditations as needed for quality or licensing reasons.

9. Account Sharing

Your subscription is for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share your subscription with others
  • Attempt to bypass subscription requirements
  • Copy or redistribute meditation content

Doing so may result in account restrictions.
